Salacious Scribbles is in need of stories to post for the rest of September, and all of October to meet its publishing schedule. We will accept any work from any author provided it meets our Submission Policy.

We are especially interested in stories with a Halloween theme, as well as stories about 

• Bi/Gay-Men,

• Transgender folks,

• Non-Binary folks,

• Neurodiverse folks

• Ability diverse folks

We are also interested in Non-Fiction pieces about sex, relationships, writing, marketing, self-publishing, and other similar topics as well as all types of poetry.

Anyone who submits a piece of writing to Salacious Scribbles between midnight on 9/10/21 and 11:59 p.m. 10/31/21 will be entered into a drawing for one of three (1 of 3) $10 e-gift cards to an online retailer of your choice.

Terms and Conditions

​

1. All pieces submitted during the contest window will give the author one entry provided the piece meets Salacious Scribbles Submission Policy. One entry per submission, maximum three entries per person. No one person may win more than one (1) gift card. 

​

2. All Administrators and moderators and their immediate families are ineligible for this contest. 

​

3. Any submission not posted during the content window will still be eligible provided that it meets the Submission Policy. 

​

4. All entries submitted during this contest window must allow Salacious Scribbles to host the story for a minimum of six months from the posting date. The authors of the winning stories agree to allow Salacious Scribbles to host that story for a minimum of one (1) calendar year.

5. You agree to hold harmless Salacious Scribbles, its administrators, moderators, and staff from any and all fees, costs, expenses, and other direct or indirect consequences of submitting your work to Salacious Scribbles.

6. Odds of winning will be based on the number of entries received. 

​

7. No purchase is required. 

 

8. Taxes fees and other costs related to the use of the awarded gift card are solely and entirely the winner's responsibility. 

 

9. Winners will be notified by email and will have ten (10) days to respond with the name and URL of the retailer of their choice. If they do not respond within the ten (10) day window, an alternate winner will be selected from the eligible entrants.

10. Winners agree to have either their Salacious Scribbles User name, The pen name the story was published under, their Twitter handle, or another name of their choosing. That name will be associated with the winning story.

11. Enterants are not required to become Scribbers (Members of Salacious Scribbles). Membership will not help or hinder your chances of winning. But why wouldn't you want to join?
